I have tooo many socks.

True story! I have like a gazillion pairs of socks! I got 13 pair for Christmas last year. CRAZY! But, I love them all :)

Either way,
WEEK OF JANUARY 9th TO JANUARY 15th:
Saturday: My seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeester, Kev, and I went and gots my new glasses. Still the same exact ones. I just got my lens fixed and my nosepieces back on. Oh how I hate nose pieces. >.<
Sunday: I honestly cannot remember. :X
Monday: I went to work. This was a really quick, "Hey Amanda, if you do inventory at the store, we will pay you" type of job that I got the previous week. 8-5. Not complaining. I got some money :)
Tuesday: Went to work, again. Then shit hit the fan. I asked my mom if I could go out on Wednesday with Erich, Travis, and Amber. She went on a tangent saying the weather was horrible and that if she didn't let me go, that she would be the bitch. I didn't say anything of the liking. She was just trying to be caring and for me NOT to get hurt.
Wednesday: Another day at work, and I was going out that night. All of us (Erich, Travis, and Amber) are going to Mansfield for the night to go bowling. My mom told me to call her when we got there and when we left. She called then saying Ellis was blowing shut and that I might have to stay at Erich's. (I know, right!) But anyways, Erich picked me up at Sheetz and we ventured to his house. As I get out of the car, Erich tells me that Matt and John (his little brothers) didn't know I was coming over. As I start walking in the door, Erich says, "Guess who is here?" I walk in and basically get tackled by these two. :) I really missed those kids. After talking with the whole Petsch family, we picked up Travis and then went to get Amber. We stopped and talked to the parents and I was holding her daughter. She is soo adorable! She was smiling the entire time :). After that, we get to the bowling alley and it is PACKED! So, we all take a car tour of the campus. Erich and Travis are having a ball telling Amber and I all about it. (Psh, Clarion is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better :] ) After that, we go to Wal-Mart and raise a little hell, but have fun doing so. Then, we at at Wendy's. A couple of the RA's were there and the guys went and just chatted for a good while. Then we started to venture home. Dropped off Travis, then Amber and we ventured to my house. Figures of course, it would be snowing harder and the wind would be picking up as we get closer and closer to Ellis Hollow. The end didn't look terribly bad, so we went up. Then we got to one of the corners and it was completly drifted shut. I call my parents and told them the situation. They said for me to go to Erich's for the night and to call them when I got there. As we got to his house, I called, his mom talked to us for at least an hour, and then we went to bed, well, attempted to. Erich got a new cat and that thing is such a playful little one. I was just laying down and she was on the floor. Next moment, she is by my feet. I dozed off for a couple seconds and then I open my eyes and she is RIGHT THERE! Erich couldn't stop laughing. Jerk... :)
Thursday: I wake up at 6, then 6:10, then 6:20. I wanted to leave the house at about 6:30. Nope, didn't happen. XD Either way, after I FINALLY woke up, I had to go to the bus stop to get picked up by my mom. I had to work again, only getting paid for 4 hours, but working all day. Oh well, they needed the help.
Friday (Today): I got to sleep in until 10. Felt pretty dang good. I got a lot of my clothes organized and packed up. Now, I just have to find all my other stuff I am taking back. I need to find my other N64 games. I think Meghan would get annoyed with just straight MarioKart. :P Ugh, I sure hope that it isn't really nasty on Sunday when I go back.

Yep, new year, new me.
I'm going to try to make myself a better person, make myself happy, and still care about my friends and family.
You can sort of say that this is my 'new year resolution'
I looked at myself in the mirror recently and noticed a change.
I'm not that little girl grabbing her hairbrush and singing her heart out.
I'm that young adult grabbing her hairbrush and singing her heart out.
I see someone who has potential, dreams, and a hope of doing something great.
